Investing in real estate projects involves risks, including the partial or total loss of contributed capital, the illiquidity of the instrument and the possibility of delays in the execution of the works. The site's contents, trademarks, logos and developments are owned by Yalveriq Capital S.A. or its licensors and are protected by Argentine Intellectual Property Law 11,723 and related regulations.

Yalveriq shall not be liable for damages arising from the use or impossibility of use of the site, nor for decisions made based on the information published, except in cases expressly provided by Argentine consumer protection law.
7. Anti-money laundering
Yalveriq is a reporting entity before the Financial Information Unit (Law 25,246 and amendments). We may request additional documentation from investors to comply with such obligations.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. In case of any dispute, the parties submit to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, without prejudice to the rights recognised by consumer protection regulations.
