At Yalveriq Capital S.A. ("Yalveriq", "we") we respect your privacy and protect your personal data in accordance with Argentine Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data and the supplementary regulations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

2. Data we collect
We may collect: first and last name, email, phone, contact information, browsing data (cookies, IP, device type, pages visited) and data provided voluntarily in the newsletter subscription form.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to: send the newsletter and informative communications; answer your inquiries; improve the site experience; comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money laundering rules (Law 25,246) and capital markets rules (Law 26,831 and Law 27,349).
4. Legal basis
Processing is carried out on the basis of the free, express and informed consent of the data subject and the fulfilment of legal obligations applicable to providers of crowdfunding platform services.
5. Retention
We retain personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes described and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods (a minimum of 10 years for data linked to financial operations under UIF regulations).
6. Recipients
We do not share data with third parties except when required by law or necessary to provide the service (for example, email marketing and hosting providers located in Argentina, the European Union and the United States with adequate levels of protection).
7. Data subject rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion and objection provided in Law 25,326 by writing to hola@yalveriq.com. You may also file claims with the Agency for Access to Public Information (Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, Buenos Aires).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), access controls, periodic audits and staff training.
9. Minors
The site is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will publish the current version on this page, indicating the date of the last update.
